Next Volunteer Facilitator Training: July 2013

Josie's Place is pleased to announce that we will be conducting a training this summer for those interested in becoming a volunteer facilitator for Josie's Place support groups: Wednesday evening children's groups, Tuesday evening Spanish-speaking groups, and weekday school-based groups.

We are looking forindividuals who have experience working with children and/orteens and experience with death and grief, or who have a sincere interest in this work. Men and people of color are encouraged to apply.  Bi-cultural, bi-lingual Spanish-speakers are needed for our Spanish groups. Applicants must be willing to make a minimum of a one-year commitment to Josie's Place and longer is desired.

Training dates:

Wednesday, 7/10/13  6-9PM

Saturdays, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27  10AM - 5PM

Wendesday, 7/31 6-9PM
